Inaugural Kitchen Tour

Get out your aprons and your favorite spatula because The Junior League of Washington is hosting the first annual Kitchen Tour. Tickets are $35 and are available now! Take a tour through amazing and unique kitchens in the DC metro area where we will feature demos from local chefs and other exciting vendors. The event will have several great raffle prizes, some of which include a Botox and Juvaderm package from Eternal Medspa of Lorton so you can pamper yourself after a long day in the kitchen! 2012 Bright Beginnings 5k Race

Please join the Junior League of Washington on May 12, 2012 in supporting the Bright Beginnings 5K Race. Sign up to walk, run, or sponsor this Annual 5K. Proceeds from this fun-filled event help Bright Beginnings, Inc. provide critical support to prepare homeless children for kindergarten and help get their parents back on their feet. National Book Festival

Over five hundred Junior League of Washington volunteers will join the Library of Congress to promote literacy at the 2011 National Book Festival on Saturday, September 24 and Sunday, September 25, on the National Mall.

Kids in the Kitchen

In conjunction with the Association of Junior Leagues International JLW will expand the scope and size of its Kids in the Kitchen education initiative on childhood obesity and nutrition. This year's Kids in the Kitchen event will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m at the YMCA National Capital (corner of Rhode Island Ave, NW and 17th street, NW).
