JLW Issues RFPs for Fundraising Strategy and Technology Modernization

May 1, 2019 (WASHINGTON, DC) – The Junior League of Washington (JLW) is seeking responses to two separate requests for proposal focused on fund development and technology modernization of our Headquarters.

Technology Modernization: The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals for modernizing technology, including audiovisual and related services, at our Headquarters in Washington, DC. It is our intent to upgrade the building’s existing audiovisual (AV) equipment and in doing so, make the AV systems more user-friendly and modern. We are also interested in re-evaluating our system to make it more integrated with other technologies. JLW is looking for a company to assist in accomplishing this, with the understanding that some companies may only be equipped to bid on one segment of the requested services. Please view the initial RFP and clarifying details here and here.

Fund Development: JLW intends to retain the services of a professional fund development consultant to guide the organization in development of a strategy that 1) decreases dependence on an event-based model, and 2) identifies new revenue streams for contributed income. Please view the RFP here.
