The Junior League of Washington has released the following statement on this week’s vicious attacks against the Asian American and Pacific Islander community. We join the Association of Junior Leagues International in condemning these actions.

We stand for an inclusive and safe community that fosters diverse thoughts, respect, and inclusivity. ⠀

We support our members who are grappling with anger, fear, and uncertainty as a result of these realities. ⠀
